The cuisine at Gaia Gourmet is truly worldy and delicious. I build my meals by starting with the freshest seasonal produce around, from local green markets, health food markets and supermarkets, and FreshDirect. I balance each meal with vibrant colors, ensuring the full spectrum of vitamins and minerals. Whenever possible, I purchase organic.

I then compliment fresh fruits and vegetables with grains and proteins, from whole wheat noodles, polenta, and quinoa, to seitan, tempeh, beans and lentils, as well as fresh nuts and seeds, and the highest quality dairy, eggs and meat if requested. You will naturally get a healthy amount of carbs, proteins and fats, leaving you satisfied.

I use the natural flavors of my main ingredients do the talking, while enhancing them with international tastes, from India, Thailand, Mexico, Japan, France, Italy, and beyond. Using small amounts of traditional flavors from around the world with the local ingredients of the Northeast allows you to explore all of Mother Earth's creations while still eating with the seasons. Plus, the bright flavors of spices and fresh herbs turn low fat, bland food into delicious and satisfying meals.

New! Gaia Gourmet now specializes in Low Carb Diet preparation! With the guidance of popular diet plans and a nutritionist, I am able to set you on the right track.  Let me prepare balanced, low-carb, high-protein and vitamin-dense meals to help shed those extra pounds.
