Gaia Gourmet combines her 3-D sculpting skills with her taste for gourmet food, creating custom platters for your events.  Decide on any of the categories below, and give Laura your preferences of flavors, the number of people attending, and a few other pieces of information, and she will design the perfect platter for your party.  Use your own platters, or let Laura help you purchase a new piece.    Whether it's appetizers or desserts, or part of a buffet dinner, Laura's custom platters will wow your guests!

* Assorted Artisanal Cheeses - a variety of different styles of cheeses, accompanied by fresh or dried fruits, candied or spiced nuts and sweet chutneys, or go savory with olives, cured meats, and spiced toasts

*Antipasto - pickled olives, vegetables, cheeses and meats

*Appetizers - your favorite one-bite morsels, home-made by Laura, or gourmet products heated and arranged

*Chocolate - a variety of gourmet white, milk, and dark chocolates, including truffles, dipped fruits, and mini cakes
